Yes, you can. Only your email login will uniquely identify you and thus that cannot be changed. The rest of the fields can be updated.
Your mobile phone number is required for identity verification purpose. Note that your mobile number or your email will not be shared or published in our app. It will remain confidential.
There is a “Forget my password” button on the app registration page. Click that and you will get an email to re-enter your password and another verification email prompt. Click that and you can resume logging into the app with your new password.

Producers who are looking for talents will search Filet for talents that meet requirement. Therefore, having a rich content profile will help producers make better decision. Producers cannot see your mobile number or your email as these are private.

Yes, you can. Simply click on the Languages and pick the language to add. Same for dialects.

Search for Jobs

Apply for Jobs

Clicking on “hot jobs” or “Search” will get you to a list of open jobs that matches your profile. Click on a job gets you to view the project, job role and description. Select and Apply if you are interested. Producer who post the job will get a notification of your job application.
Upon registering your interest by applying for the job, the producer not only gets the notification but they can reply you via in-app messaging. If an audition is required, you will be notified from the in-app messaging. If you are selected for the role, you will get notify via the in-app messaging too.
In-app messaging allows you to communicate directly with the producer. Negotiation can be done via the same messaging system and a log is kept.
Yes. Just click reject and this role/project will no longer be on your dashboard.
Producer has the discretions to close or offer the role to someone else if they do not get a response within reasonable timeframe. If you do not reply before the shoot date, your pending offer will expire and it will be remove from both the producer and talent dashboard.
Free accounts are limited to a maximum of 2 role applications at a time. Upgrade to a Premium account at www.filet.com.sg to apply for more roles at once. Alternatively, you may cancel your application for your previous role to apply for a new one.

Accepting a Job Offer

Jobs can come in two forms. Talent apply for a job from searching or producer pick a talent from their search criteria. Either way, you will get an offer and once you click on accept (via the in-app messaging module), you will receive a Talent contract/agreement with job number, producer name, price, etc. This contract or agreement is binding for you and the producer. Accepting the job will also add the shoot date to your Calendar and dashboard will get updated to reflect the schedule.
No, payment arrangement for shoot is made with the producer prior to the confirmation. From an Industry practice, payment is usually made after shoot.
Cancellation of a job offer is done via in-app messaging. Producer must be informed via the in-app messaging. A producer cannot cancel a job if job Is 48 hours before shoot date.
After the shoot date, the Filet system will prompt you to provide feedback for the job. This is done via the Rating and Review module. All ratings will be visible to Filet users.

Signing up as premium users

For Android user, you can go the Premium tab and it will link you to payment page. You can choose to pay via credit card or Paypal. Note that payment mode is either by per month or annually.

For Apple iPhone user, go to www.filet.com.sg premium sub-page that will take you to the payment page. Similarly, you can choose to pay monthly or annually via credit card or Paypal.
Premium users can to customized their profile cover (up to 5 different ones) and can add more profile pictures. You can also add more show reels in your portfolio. A premium badge is awarded and will appear next to your profile headshot and this will be visible to all producers. Premium talents will also be featured and will appear more frequently in the featured talent section. There is no limit to the number of jobs you can apply for premium users. There is also special programs catered only to premium users.
You will revert to a normal member (free) and stop enjoying the Premium membership privileges.

Note that talents can only view your profile if you offer them a role or when their profiles meet the roles requirement posted. Talents cannot see your mobile number or your email as these are private.

Portfolio Management

You can go to Profile and click on update profile. This allows you to add your past works to the portfolio page. Also, if you have a completed project, the project will also be updated to the portfolio page automatically.

Search for Jobs

You can either go to the home page and click the Search button, click on featured talents or search from Manage project tab. Note that you can only search for talents if you have created a Project or have an existing project. Premium users can search for talents without creating a project.
Upon creating a role your project, you will need to specify the role attributes. Gender, playing age, height, weight, etc. Once done, click search and you will be return talents who meet your requirement. There is also a real-time filter that you can use to help make refinements to your search criteria.
Free users can search and find up to 20 talents for a job role. Sign up Premium account to get more results (up to 50 talents).
Yes, you must. This is to define the role and attributes for the search.

Create Projects

From the dashboard, you can click Project+ or you can go the project tab to create a project. Note that you can only create “open cast” project if you are not a Premium user. “Open cast” means that any talents that fit your criteria can see your job posting. Premium users can do “close cast” which means that you can selectively search for talents discreetly. Other talents will not see your job posting.
This is to help you defined the number of talents required for the project. You will also be able to manage the talents by roles.
Yes. As a free user you can have up to 2 projects running simultaneously. To create more than 2 projects, you will need to sign-up as a premium user.
As a free user you can create up to 3 jobs per project. To create more than 3 jobs per project, you will need to sign-up as a premium user.

Offering talent a role

In Project tab, click view project and you can search for talent. The search result will display photos of the talents who meet your requirement. INVITE them to audition or you can offer them straight up.

Yes. Just click on audition and fill-out dates and time for the audition. Once completed, this will appear in your calendar and your dashboard too.

Yes. The deadline date is for that purpose. Ensure you put in a time too. If a talent does not response before the deadline date and time, the offer is considered expired. This is the same as a talent rejecting an offer. Producer can offer can the same role to another candidate.
Dashboard will show you the snapshot of upcoming activities All activities are also captured and updated on the Filet Calendar to help you manage your time.

Payment to talent and paying the admin fee to Filet

This is a private arrangement between talent and producer. As producer, the guideline is to have this arrangement done before the final offer.
The admin fee is only payable when the talent accepts an offer. This is to help Filet support the on-going maintenance of the platform and fund development and improvement of the portal. Filet does not charge talents or producers for using the basic functionality of platform.

Upon talent accepting an offer, Filet will bill the producer the admin fee via an email. Payment can be done via our payment module (attached in the email) via bank transfer or paypal).

Do note that admin fee is waived for launch till 28 Feb 2019.
